Winn-Dixie first introduced the service in Florida two years ago. Yet another amenity is the full-service in-store branch of Wakulla Bank, which is located at the front of the store, and includes a night depository and an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). The bank's hours will be from 10 a.m.

to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. For upcoming holiday parties, customers can visit Winn-Dixie's Melon Bar, which features fresh, colorful vegetable and fruit trays, and an array of melons that are carved to order.

Or, for made-to-order meals and a little excitement, shoppers can visit the chef stationed at the Wok Shoppe. Seafood lovers can make a stop at the Fisherman's Wharf, where all seafood is guaranteed fresh and is USDC government-inspected. The Wharf features live Maine lobsters in a fresh tank, and a wide assortment of fresh fish, Alaskan crab legs, shrimp, shellfish, seafood salads and more. Winn-Dixie's trained experts can provide customers with recipes and tips on preparing wonderful seafood appetizers and entrees. In addition, steaming is a free service provided by experts at the Fisherman's Wharf.

But it's not all about function it's also about comfort and appeal. For instance, the Kerry Forrest Parkway location was remodeled in a rose-and-teal color scheme to include Winn-Dixie's colors. Also, new display cases were purchased for several of the store's departments. These details and amenities are all provided by the Winn-Dixie Company in an effort to stay ahead of customer demand and competitors. With their Marketplace stores, the Winn-Dixie Co.

has revolutionized grocery shopping. The company operates more than 1,100 stores in the Sunbelt region in 13 states. Currently, Winn-Dixie has eight stores in Leon County with the opening of the Kerry Forrest Parkway location. "Our biggest desire is for this community to be as excited to have us here as we are to be here." With today's lifestyles, it sometimes seems as if there are not enough hours in the day to deposit a check, pick up groceries, process film, buy a customized cake for an upcoming celebration, withdraw money from the ATM, purchase fresh flowers or fill a prescription for a family member.

But one visit to a Winn-Dixie Marketplace can make life a little easier. That's because when it comes to one-stop shopping, Winn-Dixie is the place. And you can find all of these amenities and more at the the newest Winn-Dixie Marketplace, located at 2910 Kerry Forrest Parkway in the Northhampton Shopping Center. No longer just "The Beef People," this Winn-Dixie Marketplace location offers everything from a full line of groceries to household goods to health and beauty products to other general merchandise products. A boom in growth in the northeast area of Tallahassee has led to the opening of this newest Winn-Dixie Marketplace.

"We were excited to have an opportunity to be a part of a growing community," said Location Director Dewain Autrey, a Winn-Dixie employee for 11 years. "Offering convenience to our customers is very important to us. Hopefully, opening this location will offer convenience to our guests." The 46,000 square-foot store is Winn-Dixie's answer to. northeast Tallahassee residents who find their days hectic, needing a central location where they can get all of their errands accomplished. It's also a place where those who want variety and quality in their grocery items can shop.

And Winn-Dixie Marketplace customers can do their shopping seven days a week, 24 hours a day. "We want our customers to leave happy," Autrey said. "Happy with what we had to offer, but most important of all, happy with the way we served them."
